Return Policy : • We not allow return policy, we allow only exchange policy, in case damage/defective items. • Opining video is compulsory for exchange returns of items for our every parcel & must make video start to end don’t crop or cut and send video to our support team. • If any item damage/defective from us, then our team first checks opening video and take decision, Final decision take by our team it will be exchange or not, then it will be inform by us. • Our team always supports you for exchange but, we need compulsory opening video & we always take respect of your shopping and also care of your valuable money. • If your order is not same as per your order, only in this condition you can claim exchange, all times are sent with RETURN tag within 5 days. • All returns items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without Return tags will not be accepted. Note : The Shipping Charges is not refundable.
